What is your mission?
- To assist in the regular maintenance and improvement of the organization-wide crisis management, business continuity plans, and/or disaster recovery plans;
- To assist in the regular review and identification of risk/s to business continuity, mitigation actions, and implementation follow-up;
- To direct and to assist the department POCs to regularly maintain, test, and improve the business continuity plans;
- To assist in the assessment of the plans and readiness of the organization and provide recommendations;
- To manage the emergency notification tools and monitor the company's contingency supplies;
- To conduct training and awareness on Business Continuity topics and to act as a coordinator for continuity efforts after/during a disruption event.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to identify the requirements of Business Continuity Management System in a complex environment across BPO Operations, IT, Human Resources, Facilities, and other relevant departments
- Knowledgeable of the environment and technologies used in a BPO environment
- Highly analytical and a keen observer
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Visio, and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
