Database Tools design, develop and implementation
- Developing content management strategies and requirements for Aftersales Supply Chain
- Work closely with team members, colleagues and consultants in eliciting, analyzing, validating and documenting business, organization and operational requirements
- Analyze, define and develop the database tools for business requirements
- Participate in solution design, facilitating and leading internal work teams to complete the requirements
- Work collaboratively with relevant technical solutions team (if required) in the design, development, testing and implementation
- Plan, perform installation and configuration of content management solutions and basic system administration functions
- Share technical knowledge and work with team members to provide best solution for the business
- Ensure all stakeholders have been informed on the development and status
- Practice project management to ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner to meet business timeline
- Ensure information accuracy and system integrity at all time
- Support adhoc reporting and queries as needed
- Support master data maintenance and management in core transactional system

- Contribute to the work effectiveness and productivity within the Aftersales Supply Chain organization by identifying and quantifying new methods to improve and promote best practices to the organization
**Additional Job Description**
**Knowledge**:
- Applied knowledge of Operating System platforms
- SAP experience and knowledge preferred
- Some experience and knowledge in supply chain and materials supply management
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical ability
- Creative in developing and implementing project solution deliverables
- Ability to organize/prioritize and complete assignments on a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and speaks English
**Experience/Education**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experiences with Enterprise Content Management solutions
- Experience in managing big data size analytics; data visualizations tools e.g.
Power BI, Tableau preferred
- Have more than 3 years practical experiences in data tools development and management with lifecycle methodologies, writing detailed requirements and design documents using:
- Visio Basic 6.0
- C or C++ Language programming
- SQL
- Java
- JSP
- Oracle
- HTML
