Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Business/Functional Consultant who will be working with our client based in Australia. Our client provides Salesforce Implementation and Consulting Practice.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with technology and IT concepts.
Responsibilities: Business Analyst with Salesforce Functional Consultant expertise Work closely with business stakeholders and Implementation Partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements Translate business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring alignment with Project and Business goals Provide daily progress updates on assigned projects and analysis tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and goals Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables Monitor requirement/sprint/Kanban progress and provide insights into potential risks and mitigation strategies Capturing requirements & translating them in JIRA & confluence and managing the delivery of tasks to customer Qualifications: MUST HAVE: Salesforce Functional Consultant expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with technology and IT concepts NICE TO HAVE: Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams Collaborate with technical teams to design and document effective solutions Ability to build basic Salesforce functions, e.g. report, new fields, and add new users, other technical skills are valued Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions Conduct workshops and interviews to facilitate the requirements-gathering process Why RecruitGo?
