The Role: Business Finance Analyst (GSC) The Business Finance Analyst reports to the Business Finance Manager and is part of the Business Finance Competency Center. The role will support the GSC Business Finance Team and participate to the transformation program.
As a key player of the Business Finance support team, the role will support all the tasks related, but not limited to:
Pre-closing analysis Reporting and analysis Support the understanding of financial KPIs (P&L, Residual, Cash and AOC productivity) and of the preparation of the monthly and quarterly performance financial review Partner with Finance Business Partner (FBPs) leadership team to influence the strategy to track and improve the profitability of our factories Actively support the transformation project from definition, standardization, lean actions in collaboration with the Global/Regional Business Finance Business Process Expert Forecasting Costing and prior campaigns Ad hoc analysis among others Who would be successful? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 5year(s) experience as Financial Analyst. Detail-oriented, transformational mindset,and with high level of integrity and work values Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information Solid controlling experience within Supply Chain Operations IFRS/SOX Compliance Standard strong knowledge Project and Change Management Skills Collaborative Leadership Strong communication skills Digital citizen Resilient, can work under extreme pressure MS Office Package strong knowledge, Essbase, HFM, Tableau BI Knowledge of Group and Global Supply Chain Standard reporting & performance measurement tools What's in it for me?
