Business Development Support

A Business Development Support is a detail-oriented, reliable Business Development Support to correspond with vendors and suppliers regarding payments, invoices, and purchase orders. The Business Development Support should be able to multitask, deal with vendors' and suppliers' concerns in a professional manner and assist the Business Development department with the preparation of reports. Directly reports to the Business Development Head.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Creating and issuing a purchase order to vendors and suppliers.

Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations

Provide general technical support to clients, vendors, and suppliers.

Conducting market research and identifying potential clients, vendors, and suppliers.

Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.

Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Identify new business opportunities and partners.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Qualifications:

1-2 years relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Strong organization and project management skills.

Friendly and personable demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, marketing, or related field or Equivalent.
