About the RoleLocation: Metro Manila (fieldwork)Role Type: Full-timeDepartment: Commercial - Professional Key AccountsReporting to: Business Development ManagerAs a Business Development Specialist, you will drive business growth within the company, find new segments, and engage in specifier and developer approvals. Moreover, you will ensure that FELCO will be the preferred supplier across all Product Groups.Other responsibilities include:Generating bids through BD engagements such as presentations, tours, and negotiations.Identifying new clients by researching and creating new business opportunities.Maintaining and building relationships.Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.At least two (2) years of work experience in solutions selling or business development.Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.Network within the construction industry is an advantage.About FELCOFirefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is the leading lighting, electrical, and power solutions company in the Philippines and the owner of the powerhouse brands – Firefly Lighting, Ecolum, and Royu Electrical.
