Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world. Under the supervision of the Vice President, Business Development Lead (VP, BD), the Capture Lead for Asia Pacific will lead all client engagements, pursuits, and support BD strategies that facilitates growth and meet business targets.
This position will be based in Subic Bay, Olongapo and the hourly pay range, based on the market data, is Php200.00 to 250.00 (depending on skills and qualifications).
Key responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and winning executable business for Planate in Asia Pacific by effectively completing the business development life cycle activities of opportunity identification, qualification, capture, and proposal. Develop and communicate pursuit, positioning, and win strategy recommendations to senior leadership during regular capture reviews Lead one or more efforts while supporting several captures and difficult technical bids. Identify and evaluate client requirements and purchasing patterns, company competitiveness, significant risk drivers, possible return on investment, and potential conflicts of interest. Assist with strategic planning initiatives to grow client-based opportunity portfolios and pipelines Assist in the successful management of key stakeholder relationships, as well as keeping the business leadership team informed and engaged in the advancement of strategic alliances with clients and industry partners. Apply experience with capturing and business development processes to find target markets and offer more technical solutions and services work. Perform other tasks as required. Qualifications to be successful in the role: Bachelor's degree Personable, communicates well both verbally and in writing 3 years of experience supporting opportunity capture preferred Experience with direct management and leadership of capture efforts for the defense contracting market preferred Experience with bid strategy development, win plans, competitive assessments, and solution-based win arguments preferred Able to travel in Southeast Asian countries and other locations as required.
