Business Development Specialist

Details of the offer

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and other
key clients to promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products.
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with
clients, and driving growth for the company's pharmaceutical products.
Preparing presentations and scheduling appointments with potential clients to promote
the company's products and deliver product samples.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and
targets.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the
company and generate leads.
Track sales metrics, inventory and prepare regular reports on business development
activities and outcomes.
Utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
Building and maintaining good business relationships with clients to encourage repeat
purchases.
Following and adding up on leads generated by the company.
Keeping up to date with new developments in the medical field.
Participate in any related training sessions and sales meetings.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals,
distribution of samples, etc., as necessary.
Able to abide with company's purpose, values and principles, and policies especially in
handling confidential information.
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
