Main Responsibility:
Conquer
Prospect potential outletsIdentify potential areas such as POI's and other business opportunities, strategies and initiatives.
Negotiation
- Negotiate and follow-up agreements / contracts and trade terms based on the value proposal e.g. credit, discount, promotion, bundles, outlet decoration/ makeover
Development
Execute and follow-up on KPIs such as sales, volume, productivity and availabilityDevelop new categories in key outletsGuarantee the execution of the PicOS elements, price and availability
Administration
Register work orders e.g. outlet details update and cooler equipment requestsPerform administrative services such as data maintenance, survey and asset control
Management
- Ensure smooth interactions and hand-off with other internal functions e.g. alignment with call center agent, supervisor and back office support
Merchandise
Ensure deployment and utilization of merchandising materials in outletExecute merchandising on promotions and PICOSTrain outlet owners on achieving PICOS e.g. maintenance of prices, image, etc.
Sell
Conduct in-store check on inventoryEnsure sell-in of suggested order quantity per SKU (portfolio compliance)Perform the price promotions in order to increase sales
Order Taking
Ensure order taking in all outletsEnsure transmission of order or synching process for deliveryPerform returns / exchange of products, when Sales Group Leader authorizes
Delivery and Collection
Ensure on time in full delivery of products and collection of returns / empties.Ensure safety of products, vehicle and equipment.Ensure collection of payment for outlets with credit term agreement.Ensure proper accounting and settlement of cash and cheque. Qualifications & Competencies Required:
Educational
- A degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline
Work Experience
- At least 5-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company preferably in the field
returnable glass business.
- Experienced in customer service system, sales distribution and sales management.
Certification / Professional License required: Holder of professional driver's license code 1,2,3Experience in sales is an advantage
