QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry and/or any
related courses is an advantage.
• With at least 4 years professional experience in developing strategies and
marketing raw material chemicals for food, pharmaceutical and industrial
sector.
• Can identify and create new opportunities for business growth and
optimizing marketing strategies.
• Gathers relevant data, coordinating with different departments, conducting
market research, looking for new business opportunities and creating
strategies to help the organization achieve its goals.
• Can drive the organization's business development strategies and enhances
its current portfolio.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement and
development of existing products.
• Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
• Monitoring revenue channels and creating opportunities to increase
profitability.
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Prospecting potential market while maintaining the sales revenue of
existing client base.
• Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential
collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.
• Conduct market research to understand the market in which the Company
operates and how the Company's products and services are used within that
market.
• Ensure that the Company has an in-depth understanding of the users of
Company products and their ongoing needs.
• Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, or
marketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies.
• Liaise with the sales team and management team, and back support team to
align the company's long-term strategies with the daily marketing activities.
