As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, creating new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success.
Founded almost 20 years ago, Ameritel BPO specializes in both outbound and inbound call campaigns, staffing, and recruiting solutions. With a custom-tailored approach to their clientele's business needs, their success has been built on partnerships and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Generate leads and identify new opportunities for Ameritel BPO's outsourcing/offshoring services. Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns to increase sales. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up on leads. Work with the Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Attend industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring trends. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new business opportunities. Experience with cold-calling and lead generation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring industry preferred.
