As a Business Development Representative for our Spain client specializing in Housing Disrepair, you will be essential in prospecting and pre-qualifying potential leads through outbound calls. Your main tasks will involve making a high volume of outgoing calls, efficiently managing contacts, and consistently hitting daily targets.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualify prospects for the Housing Disrepair account.
• Use CRM and dialer systems to efficiently track and manage contacts provided by the company, ensuring calls are made and results are accurately recorded.
• Enter details of successful calls promptly into Google Sheets or designated trackers.
• Consistently meet daily targets for successful calls to maintain productivity and desired outcomes.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with UK or Spain accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and dialers is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• High level of personal accountability for meeting targets.
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang with shifts starting at 2:30 AM to align with business hours.
