Business Development & Operations Manager - Pasig - 6 Days/Week

WORK LOCATION: Pasig City | Must be residing in or nearby Pasig City
SALARY RANGE: ?25,000 - ?40,000 + Commissions
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays - Saturdays | On-call when needed even outside regular work hours

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or Business
- At least 5 years of work experience in same field of work
- Proven experience in a managerial role
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
