Business Development Officer - North Luzon

Identify and solicit business in the area
- Organize and conducts sales visits/rally and prospect new business
- Maintain and grow good business relationships with new and existing clients/agents.
- Achieve agreed sales quotas and targets
- Monitor renewal, conservation, and retention of accounts
- Develop/execute strategies and business plans for acquiring new business prospects
- Sets appointments for sales presentations, and negotiations
- Gather relevant data and information to prepare a quotation or business proposals
- Ensure client satisfaction through an excellent after-sales service
- Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly sales performance
- Oversee the San Fernando branch in the absence of the Branch Head
