Key Responsibilities: B2B Sales and Events: Actively engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on SMEs and participating in industry events to promote the company's solutions.Target and sell storage solutions & parking solutions to companies for storing office documents, marketing collaterals, and use for company fleets.Networking: Establish and maintain networks with real estate agents and notaries to facilitate business growth and market penetration.Marketing Initiatives: Co-develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at creating a robust network of online referrals, enhancing company's market presence and customer acquisition.Market Research: Ensure complete knowledge of the storage and parking service market, including a thorough understanding of competitors, to strategically position Leeveit as a market leader.Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within targeted SME's, real estate networks, and other relevant sectors.Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required by management, contributing to the team's overall success and strategic objectives.
