Business Development Officer

Job Summary:
The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Reports to: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
? Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
? Analyze competitors to develop strategies that improve market positioning.
? Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
? Provide regular feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
? Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and strategies.
? Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Qualifications:
? Must know how to speak Korean/Japanese and English.
? Native or near-native proficiency in Korean/Japanese and English.
? Must have experience in Marketing and Sales
? Familiar with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
? Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
? Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
? Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Education and Experience
? Bachelor's degree

Schedule:
? 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
? 9 hours duty including 1-hour break

Compensation and Benefits:
? 70,000.00- 90,000.00 a month
