SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES BUSINESS EXPANSION Generate leads and pursuits pipelineSurvey assigned area for potential businessSend letter of intent and arrange meeting with clientsCoordinate with client for additional information for the feasibility studyPrepare writeup and costing for presentation and approval of BDMPrepare proposal materials for client presentationConduct client presentationPrepare contract for the agreement, set meeting to finalize agreementAssist the BD head and/or the BDO in the client presentationBuild strong and retain good relationships with the customersAttend to all other tasks relevant to business development that may be assigned OPERATIONAL CARPARKS Monitor the sales revenue and costsAnalyze and study the vacancy causes and patternsPrompt marketing unit of the operation's dept. to prepare a marketing plan simultaneous with the site approval memorandum. Bachelors Degree holder preferably in business-related course or marketing. Must have at least one year experience in various functional areas of sales and marketing and/or business development such as market expansions strategy, product & service innovations and revenue generating management Must be analytical, result-oriented and can work in a fast pace environment. At least 1 year exposure & experience in purchasing. Fresh graduates are encourage Has strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
