As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and establishing a strong market presence for Locad across Philipinnes.
Business Development:Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory, focusing on industries that align with our target market.Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.Sales Management:Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.Product Knowledge and Expertise:Gain in-depth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and their unique value propositions.Articulate product features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers, adapting the messaging to suit their specific needs.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS or subscription sales.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong business acumen and understanding of the Australian market, particularly in Sydney or Melbourne.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.Uncapped OTE earning potential.Learning and Development budget.MacBookHealth care subsidiary.Flexible working.25 Days PTO We believe diversity and representation are key to creating not only a great product but also an amazing customer and employee experience.
