Job Requirements
Worked as a BDM bringing in campaigns or clients for a BPO company or recruitment firm
• Proven experience in Business Development
• At least two years of leadership experience
• Must have end-to-end B2B experience.
• Strong understanding of the company's products or services and target market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Pasig.
Our budget is at 66K-76K + 4K non tax + commissions
