As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling the company's end-to-end. Duties will include establishing sales processes, building a sales
funnel, generating leads, making business presentations, closing deals, and negotiating contracts with potential and existing clients.
Job Scope
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
• Prepare sales contact, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience in Business Development
• At least two years of leadership experience
• Must have end-to-end B2B experience.
• Strong understanding of the company's products or services and target market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Pasig.
