JOB OVERVIEW: Our client in the IT Staffing industry is looking for a results-driven and strategic-thinking Business Development Managers who will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidates will possess a proven track record of success in client acquisition, particularly within the IT Staffing and Recruiting industry. Additionally, the candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to effectively engage with clients and tailor our services to their unique needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition
Market Research
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO Expertise)
Customized Solution Development
Collaboration with Internal Teams

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on Information Technology Staffing and Recruiting.
In-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) processes and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
