JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Identifying organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
? Building and growing solid relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal and
external customers in order to bring new business to the organization.
? Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy
customers' needs.
? Finding potential partnership opportunities with a view to expanding its reach and
improving its processes.
? Developing new strategies to help the business target its goals and plans.
? Writing proposals and plans, and guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs
and requirements.
? Creating and implementing marketing strategies that lead to brand awareness, generate
leads, and promote sales.
? Researching and developing marketing opportunities, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to
achieve the company's marketing goals.
? Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
? Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and anticipating
new marketing opportunities.
? Analyzing data to identify the competition and new opportunities for increasing store
traffic.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
? Experience in sales, marketing, retail, or any related field.
? Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
? Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
? Excellent organizational skills.
? Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

? Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
? Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
? Must have passion for retail and fashion.
