Responsible for selling the company's products or services to and maintaining relationships with existing accounts

**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve outlined revenue and customer satisfaction target.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Identify revenue streams and vertical market solutions.
- Maintain/manage relationships with key strategic clientele.
- Identify, solicit and qualify potential strategies with major existing accounts.
- Clearly communicate customer & sales commitments to the Supervisor, Operational department on time.
- Proactive response to clients, result-oriented and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Perform the full sales function, preparing quotations, and gathering market intelligence.
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deliver client's needs.
- Relationship management, presales activities including proposal preparation, presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with proven track record in Business Development for IT Services.
- Strong knowledge and connection in the IT industry.
- Must have a background in Staff Augmentation.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities.
