Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Map My Crop, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by prospecting within named enterprises in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Your primary objective will be to generate pipeline and attain quotas, focusing on consistently achieving license and recurring service revenue targets from named accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect within named enterprises in the SEA region to generate pipeline and achieve quotas. Consistently achieve license and recurring service revenue targets from named accounts. Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers, fostering open communication and understanding their needs. Ensure the two-way flow of relevant and timely information between internal teams and prospects/customers. Anticipate challenges before prospects do, addressing concerns proactively to maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with partnership, sales development, and solutions consulting teams to drive revenue growth. Conduct outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, and events within prospect organizations to generate opportunities. Identify prospect triggers and pain points through effective questioning techniques. Learn to speak the prospects business language and understand what would make them successful. Educate prospects using insights they may not have been aware of before. Independently run product demos to showcase the value proposition of our solutions. Meet sales productivity requirements with discipline and focus. Requirements:
3+ years of direct selling experience to international enterprises. Preferably SAAS background, but not mandatory. Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in prospecting and generating opportunities. Ability to independently run product demos. Discipline to meet sales productivity requirements.
