Responsibilities Mentor and Manage a High-Performing SDR Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, including Airbnb hosts and property managers, who would benefit from our virtual concierge services. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth. Sales Presentations and Proposals: Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and to refine messaging and outreach strategies based on feedback. Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including client acquisition, retention rates, and revenue growth.At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the hospitality, short-term rental, or real estate sectors. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field preferred. In-depth understanding of the short-term rental and Airbnb markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies. Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools. Strong analytical skills for market research and performance tracking. Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
