JOB REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role within a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Experience in driving business growth and achieving key performance indicators.
Demonstrated and verifiable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to business expansion and revenue growth. Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with company objectives.
In-depth knowledge of market research techniques, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Proven ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and leverage insights to inform strategic business decisions and develop competitive strategies.
