Business Development Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Identifying organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.Building and growing solid relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal and
external customers in order to bring new business to the organization.
? Researching emerging trends and recommending new company offerings to satisfy
customers' needs.
? Finding potential partnership opportunities with a view to expanding its reach and
improving its processes.
Developing new strategies to help the business target its goals and plans.Writing proposals and plans, and guiding long-term objectives to meet business needs
and requirements.
? Creating and implementing marketing strategies that lead to brand awareness, generate
leads, and promote sales.
? Researching and developing marketing opportunities, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to
achieve the company's marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits and anticipating
new marketing opportunities.
? Analyzing data to identify the competition and new opportunities for increasing store
traffic.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.Experience in sales, marketing, retail, or any related field.Strong communication skills and IT fluency.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.Must have passion for retail and fashion.
