Business Development Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Commercial Building Business (CBB), main product is Building Management System (BMS).

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Instrumentation & Control.
Over 10 years of work experience.
Proven experience as a Business Development & Marketing Executive or in a similar sales position.
Must have knowledge of and connections with M&E designers, consultants, and building owners.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Develop marketing strategies
Research competitors' products and services
Create and oversee marketing campaigns; present to clients
Maintain client relationships
Raise awareness of company products and services
Ensure sales targets are met and seek new projects (malls, offices, airports, etc.)
Prepare monthly performance reports
Generate business leads and collaborate with customers

Salary Range: 50k to 70k Plus Benefits
Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
