Business Development Manager

Responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for Commercial Building Business (CBB), main product is Building Management System (BMS).

Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, or Instrumentation & Control.Over 10 years of work experience.Proven experience as a Business Development & Marketing Executive or in a similar sales position.Must know and connect with M&E designers, consultants, and building owners.Possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategiesResearch competitors' products and servicesCreate and oversee marketing campaigns; present to clientsMaintain client relationshipsRaise awareness of company products and servicesEnsure sales targets are met and seek new projects (malls, offices, airports, etc.)Prepare monthly performance reportsGenerate business leads and collaborate with customers
Salary Range: 50k to 70k Plus Benefits
Work Location: Legaspi Village, Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
