The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating strategic business relationships with clients, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the development of new business opportunities aligned with Megabon's growth strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new business opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
• Collaborate effectively with C-Level decision-makers, such as CEOs, Managing Directors, Marketing Directors, Financial Directors, and Project Management Directors, to establish long-term strategic relationships.
• Craft and deliver powerful sales presentations that effectively communicate the business and value proposition of our company.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to drive continuous business growth and generate sales.
• Lead large-scale, complex contract negotiations and close new business deals, working closely with the Managing Director/President.
• Develop sales forecasts with probability percentages, pipeline status updates and growth projection.
• Ensure that the target sales or target closed contract projects of the company are being achieved regularly.
• Achieve consistent sales growth by continuously acquiring new accounts and sales and client pipeline.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed established sales Target, supporting company revenue and profitability targets.
• Partner and collaborate with Architectural and Design Firms, Project Management, Leasing and Brokerage and other target market to improve sales performance.
• Deliver regular business reviews and presentations to the management team on a monthly basis.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Identify market opportunities through industry study and market analysis.
Develop strategies on how to acquire and get new clients in the market.
• Explore and develop new markets to expand our reach and improve sales performance.
• Build long-term and positive relationships with new and existing customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
