Primary Responsibilities: Manages a growing roster of Bancassurance Sales OfficersIdentifies internal partnership opportunities aligned with Group Strategic VisionWorks with bank partner to explore corporate banking business opportunitiesDevelops stakeholder management frameworks Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant management experienceBachelor's Degree Holder of any coursePassion for MSMEs and startupsKnowledge of Group Insurance Employee Benefit & Loan Protection LandscapeStrong industry knowledge, negotiation and communication skills
