Job description**Responsibilities**:- Develop project concepts and conducts studies to assess business viability- Create financial and market analysis to identify target market- Ensures brand integrity and project commitments are protected.- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.- Managing client accounts and executing sales objectives.- Do site inspections to verify the work reported accomplishments and keep up to date on the project's physical status.- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.**Qualifications**- Must have at least 3 years' experience in the related field- Must have corporate orientation (B2B experience)- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management.- Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- With Marketing and Business skills strategies- With leadership skills, data analysis, decision making, and strategies planning.- Flexible with work hours and amenable to travel as needed- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)- Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salarySchedule:- 10 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
