We are seeking a results-driven Business Development, preferably with experience in Managed Print Services (MPS), to drive sales growth and expand our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of MPS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by the company to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
-Identify and qualify prospective customers through proactive lead generation and conversion strategies.
-Consistently achieve a monthly sales revenue target of at least Php 500,000.00, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
-Conduct field jobs such as client visits and on-site assessments to evaluate customer needs and promote tailored product and service solutions.
-Prepare and submit detailed and competitive quotations/proposals, including comprehensive documentation required for government bidding processes.
-Deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to recommend the most suitable solutions to customers.
-Address client inquiries regarding credit terms, product features, pricing, availability, and other relevant concerns promptly and accurately.
-Negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company policies.
-Maintain and update a comprehensive client database, ensuring regular follow-ups to nurture long-term relationships and foster customer loyalty.
-Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and identify business opportunities.
-Meet or exceed designated monthly and annual sales targets, demonstrating commitment to personal and organizational success.
-Proactively respond to assigned tasks and special projects as directed by the Employer, contributing to overall team objectives.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Business Development or similar role in Managed Print Services or related fields.
-Strong understanding of MPS solutions, including hardware, software, and service components.
-Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Willingness to perform fieldwork to engage with clients on-site and address their needs effectively.
-Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
