Salary: To be discussed upon interviewQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- At least 6-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.- Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting and Marketing/Branding.- Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.- Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing and prospective clients.- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.- Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
