Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market, targeting companies that may require recruitment and headhunting services.
o Develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
2. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction with the recruitment process and addressing any issues that arise.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the recruitment industry.
o Analyze client feedback and market data to refine business development strategies and improve service offerings.
4. Proposal and Contract Management:
o Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements to potential clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
o Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure favorable agreements that benefit both parties.
5. Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:
o Work closely with recruitment consultants and teams to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and met.

6. Sales Target Achievement:
o Set and achieve business development and sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
