**Whom we're looking for;**
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to assist and grow our footprint throughout the Asia Region

Strata Results is currently looking to grow and expand our business and to that end, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Business Development Executive who can help us get the name out there and win business.
It is imperative that the person who applies has experience in IT services and Project Management across the various markets and industries with knowledge of project SDLC.
The role involves a Base Salary and an uncapped commission based on signed contracts won and will be calculated as a percentage of Gross Profit earned.
**Experience Required;**
- Previous experience in IT Project Delivery.
- Your experience for the past 5 years has seen you exceed sales targets through determination and extensive knowledge in the ICT service delivery field.
- Your long-standing relationships with different accounts have seen you achieve greater outcomes from your 'ear to the ground' mentality and the ability to look for opportunities outside of normal business.
- Working autonomously, you thrive on seeing the growth of the company, using various networks and leads to turn ideas into outcomes building profitable returns.
- You will not be bound by geographical constraints and have the ability to win business across Asia.
- You will have the demonstrated ability via questioning and listening techniques to be able to formulate a value-added sales pitch to a "willing and able prospective customer"
- You will intuitively know that understanding your customer's pain points and needs can drive further business growth
- You will have an adaptable thirst for learning, both internally from our organization and outside via industry trends and advances
- You take the time required to build relationships, create trust, boost credibility, and nurture prospects and customers - realizing that the Sales Cycle can take some nurturing
- Your business relationships are held in high regard.
You are a natural connector, with an acute ability to "read the room", understanding how to deliver sales proposals across multiple levels of the organization.
- You see the Sales Cycle through to the end, rather than move from one concept to another
- You have exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong strategic and conceptual thinker and planner - seeing those strategies through to execution.
- You have a strong network and networking ability.
- You are an Executive that turns a "cannot" into a "possibility"
- You are a dedicated professional that enjoys being a part of a growing team and shows untethered loyalty to that growth
