KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a detailed understanding of our products and services
- Procure new customers through direct contact, collaboration with Marketing, and referrals.
- Attend networking events to research and connect with prospective customers.
- Skilled at developing and sustaining communication with prospective customers' decision-makers.
- An ability to generate revenue by rapidly understanding and translating their business challenges and concerns into a solution-oriented discussion.
- Persuasive communication skills for presenting to all customer levels, from CISOs and Chief Privacy Officers to other members of their teams.
- Collaborate with marketing on Demand and Lead generation programs.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure they are retained and are achieving value from our solutions.
- Identify opportunities for expansion with existing customers.
- Measure and report to Sales leadership key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with other teams - specifically Marketing and Product to bring new solutions to the market and ensure other Sales team members have the materials to be successful.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, security, HIM or similar programs.
- 2+ years of experience in technology services/solutions sales with an emphasis on recurring revenue and/or subscription models.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Proven success in revenue target and quota achievement, pipeline, and sales cycle management.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloads.
- Excellent networking and research skills.
- Collaborative, agile style: able to adapt within an emerging company in an evolving market.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to transfer knowledge to staff with different backgrounds, educational experiences, and learning styles.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and Sales solutions (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Willingness to occasionally work outside of normal business hours as required
- Very limited travel to domestic destinations for networking and other business development events
