Job Description:
Monde Nissin is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate business development efforts
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Monitor and track business development activities and results
- Provide regular reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and resilient attitude
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
