Business Development Associate (San Juan)

? Graduate of any 4-year course with preference in business management, marketing, and
technical courses
? At least 2 years of experience as Business Development Associate or similar role
? Preferably had worked from the construction or building materials industry, but not
required
? Excellent communication in both written and verbal
? Can work with minimal supervision and with initiative and commitment
? Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
? Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
? Well organized and structured working style
