Smart Communications is seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Development Associate to join our remote team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required, making this a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in business development.

Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.- Develop sales proposals and pitch presentations to showcase our products and services.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and strategies.- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to drive company growth.- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Requirements:- Adaptable and motivated personality traits are a must for this role.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not required.
