### Job Description

Peddlr is seeking a motivated and passionate **Business Development Associate** to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time remote position designed for driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a thriving environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our business development initiatives, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to our growth strategy. You will work collaboratively with colleagues around the globe, fostering a sense of community and teamwork.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities for partnership to create a robust sales pipeline. Utilize various platforms and tools to gather relevant data and insights.

- **Client Outreach:** Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and social media. Effectively communicate our value proposition, nurturing relationships to generate interest and engagements.

- **Market Research:** Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to inform strategies. Stay up-to-date with market dynamics, identifying areas for Peddlr's growth and competitive positioning.

- **Proposal Development:** Assist in the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs and pain points.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns that support the business development goals. Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions to share insights and ideas.

- **CRM Management:** Maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and follow-up activities. Provide regular updates on the progress of leads and opportunities.

- **Reporting:** Prepare and present reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market analysis to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.

- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in business development practices and industry trends.

### Requirements

**Educational Background:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Professional Experience:**
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.

**Personality Traits:**
