**Job Overview**:
Primary responsibility is to land actual sales of Naradas's product.
The Employee must have a clear understanding of its product and technical data that are both vital in presentation and discussion to different clients.
As a Business Development Officer, the Employee must also understand the current market situation and be able to adapt to rapid changes in processes.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Understand product technicality, resources, development, target market and market conditions.
- Knowledge of the energy industry on a commercial basis.
- Strategize sales plan according to target market and maximize resources.
- Generate and categorize leads according to product urgency.
- Maintain sales roster by regularly updating data.
- Prepare regular schedule of sales presentation or client calls.
- Visit clients to assess their need and determine appropriate product to offer.
- Deal with corporate clientele to pursue possible sales leads.
- Promote and sell products using technical data and efficient selling strategy to ensure conversion of sales.
- Prepare quotation, proposals, contracts, and correspondences.
- Establish positive business relationship towards existing and new clients.
- Ensure good after-sales customer service by providing follow ups, prompt response to queries and effective resolution to complaints.
- Prepare timely reports needed by the management to better understand the performance of product in terms of sales.
- Develop and suggest new sales strategy by being updated with market pricing, promotional trends and advanced practices applicable to the company's product.
- Contribute to achieve team sales target by meeting individual targets.
- Develop product knowledge and sales performance by attending workshops and seminars.
- Develop digital sales platforms and understand basic business principles.
