**Position Summary**
The Business Development Associate/Assistant supports the Company's team in the various aspects of business development to ensure the timely and consistent delivery of the Company's services to its clients.
The Business Development Associate/Assistant will help drive our sales and grow the business.
They will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships with our community.
Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.
They will work with various departments and report to the Head of Business Development.
**Job Functions and Responsibilities**
**BUSINESS REPRESENTATION & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT**
- Coordinates with potential clients and existing clients in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
- Build and maintain caring and trusting relationships with clients.
- Project a positive and friendly image, including personal presentations.
- Ensures that all queries received from clients, potential clients, and referrers are handled efficiently and that information provided to them, or any involved third parties, is accurate and timely.
- Advocates for the services and programs of the Companies to our clients and potential clients by assisting clients in determining the appropriate services and facilitating their engagement of the services needed.
- Assists the Business Development or Community Engagement Units in preparing informational materials and campaigns, appointment generation, and meetings and business pitches.
- Conducts marketing and sales activities for the Company.
**CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT**
- Develop, maintain, and monitor a CRM system and database to manage customer and referrer contact data and communication records.
- Maintains departmental client/referrer target lists, including a collection of contact details for businesses through various means and encoding them into relevant databases.
- Maintains customer inquiry data for various departments.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor a Community Database for monitoring existing client accounts.
- Coordinates Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services with clients and providers.

**Minimum Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor's degree from a CHED-accredited HEI
(marketing, entrepreneurship, or business management)
Experience: Relevant experience in business development or a similar field is preferred
**Working Conditions**
A.
The position is based in the Company's Main Office in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
B.
The staff may be required to travel to other locations in relation to the performance of duties.
C. All personnel of the Company is required to comply with the Center's Health and Safety Protocols.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
