**Job Description:**

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about the aviation industry and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships that align with our company's vision and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

2. **Relationship Building:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, vendors, and clients.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and how Cebu Pacific Air can best serve them.

3. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to potential clients.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.

4. **Networking:**
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Cebu Pacific Air and promote our services.
- Utilize social media and professional networks to identify opportunities and engage with potential partners.

5. **Report Generation:**
- Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities for management review.
- Maintain updated records of leads and business development activities in the CRM system.

6. **Project Support:**
- Assist in the implementation of new business initiatives and projects as directed by senior management.
- Provide feedback and suggestions based on research and client interactions to help improve service offerings.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Confident and resilient personality with the ability to adapt to changes and overcome challenges.
- Strong attention to detail in managing projects, reports, and client interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
