Business Development Associate

Details of the offer

Required Qualifications:
a. Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
b. Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
c. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, especially in hospitals and drugstores.
d. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical supply chain.
e. Adaptability: Able to navigate diverse industries and tailor sales approaches to different markets and customer needs.
f. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80%/ 20%)
g. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools. Comfortable using technology to optimize sales processes.

Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.Willingness to attend industry conferences, client meetings, and events. Compensation Package: Base Salary: 18,000 to 24,000 per month (depending on experience and market region)Per DiemCar Plan and Travel reimbursementCompany-provided mobile phone and tablet.Incentives and CommissionBonuses: Quarterly and annual performance bonuses for meeting/exceeding sales targets.
