Job Description:

AQWIRE is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in business development and possess the necessary skills to drive growth and expansion for our company.

Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking.- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for business growth.- Conduct negotiations and close deals with prospective clients.- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for expansion.- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and progress towards targets.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.- Proven track record in business development with at least 4 years of experience.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
