Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, or any business courses.
• Preferably have 1-3 years work experience as Business Development Associate, Sales Associate or other relevant experience.
• A person with infrastructure experience in the IT industry
• Proficient in CRM Software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Has the ability to create marketing plan to support business development goals aligned with company brand.
• Have B2B selling experience.
• Was able to achieve performance metrics , meeting or exceeding sales target
• Possess experience with lead generation.
• Candidate who is outgoing someone that is willing to work on-site and field work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales
• Create sales plan given the directions of the Managing Director, that achieves the defined sales targets.
• Manage client relationships professionally that converts to sales with the most efficient use of resources possible.
• Seek upselling opportunities within a current client project.
• Create quotations, proposals and other forms of response to client inquiries and requirements in a timely manner.
• Consult with Managing Director and CFO on all commercial commitments to be made with client.
• Follow through on leads provided by partner vendors.
• Report sales progress to Managing Director regularly.
Marketing
• Create marketing plan to support business development goals aligned with company brand.
• Generate, qualify and pursue leads in an organized and effective manner, as approved by the Managing Director.
• Maintain contacts, leads, and sales databases in a timely and organized manner that is compliant with internal and partner policies.
• Develop content for marketing materials for events, website and social media accounts.
• Manage all marketing events from conceptualization.
Relationships/Communication:
• Present in a professional and organized manner to clients.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
• Develop trusting and collaborative relationships with clients, partners and consulting team.
• Maintain good relationships with vendor partners of the company, local or international.
• Represent the company well to all partners by collaborating during pre-sales and sales activities.
Leadership
• Propose initiatives that will help increase revenue, as well as improve effectiveness of internal processes for sales and marketing.
• Know how to create a plan, execute and measure success.
• Be proactive in learning new tools and methodologies, and in acquiring and improving existing skillsets.
• Understands the client's business and implementation impact.
• Understands concepts & theories related to industry/specialty.
• Applies business acumen to all activities for the client.
