Business Development Associate (BPO)

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
•Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
•Strong understanding of BPO services, outsourcing trends, and industry dynamics.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
•Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
•Knowledgeable in using LinkedIn in sourcing clients.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential clients in target industries or regions. Utilize various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and industry publications to generate leads.

2.Lead Generation and Prospecting: Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and qualify prospects. Engage in outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to initiate contact with potential clients.

3.Conduct Needs Assessment: Understand the business objectives, pain points, and challenges of prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities where the company's BPO solutions can add value and address client needs.

4.Solution Presentation and Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each prospect. Articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's BPO services to effectively communicate how they can meet client needs and deliver desired outcomes.

5.Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Establish rapport, credibility, and trust through effective communication and personalized interactions.

6.Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, addressing any objections and concerns to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while maximizing revenue and profitability for the company.

7.Account Management Handover: Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a smooth transition of new clients from the business development phase to ongoing service delivery. Provide relevant insights and information to facilitate a successful onboarding process.

8.Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the market landscape.

9.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software. Track key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue growth. Prepare regular reports to update management on business development progress and outcomes
