Business Control Officer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework that aligns with the organization's risk management strategy.
Evaluate existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Ensure that business operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor key business activities and performance indicators to identify potential control issues.
Lead investigations into control failures, operational incidents, or breaches of policy.
Required Skills:

College Graduate of any accounting or business-related course
At least 2 years of business control officer experience or related experience in branch operations
Must be familiar with BSP regulations
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with a leading private universal bank in the Philippines.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
