Business Associate/Assistant

About the Role / Scope of work:
**Responsibilities**:
Admin level:

- Find me a Personal Assistant for odd jobs in my house on occasion
- Travel booking
- Source Instagram account to buy

More complex tasks:

- Reach out to people for me - ie.
find mentors and reach out on behalf of the director
- First round interviews - sourcing global talent
- LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etcposting
- Collaborations for YouTube channel - find channels to work with
- Getting reports from the staff on behalf of the director to get assessments/reports

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Mastery of the English language both written and spoken
- Basic graphic design or video editing (preferred, not required)
- Intelligent with good problem-solving ability
- Able to learn things quickly
- Self-starter able to and likes to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability and correctness
- Demonstrated ability to finish things
- Possesses a can-do attitude, willing to learn, smart and ambitious
- Comfortable working with social media (LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc.)
- Comfortable with the tasks and responsibilities mentioned above especially conducting interviews, reaching out to clients, etc.
**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
